CONTRACT

A customer gets high resolution digital images. All images are sent to the customer via DROPBOX.
Raw images or original jpg images are not being given to the customer. It is possible to order additional edited images for £15.00 each.
The customer is advised to download all images from Dropbox within 1 week after the link is sent to the customer. If the customer needs more time to download the images it is strongly advised to inform the photographer about it in advance.
The photographer remains the right to create a portfolio of the images taken on Facebook, Instagram and this website. Some of the images may be used for promotion or may be presented on the photographer's exhibitions or may be used to participate in photography competition. All members of the photoshoot sign a model release form giving their permission for the photographer to use their photos for portfolio and business. If the customer is likely to have a private photoshoot or if even one of participants is against publicity, it is advised to book a confidential photo session paying £50.00 to a total cost (except weddings).
The customer agrees with the photographer's retouching style, any preferences in editing photos should be discussed with the photographer before the photoshoot; the photos can not be changed by the customer by adding filters on social media.
Retouching the skin is included in the basic editing and to be discussed before the photoshoot. Editing hair and nail colour, applying digital makeup and smoothing/cleaning clothes is not included. Customers are advised to take care on their clothes' condition, nails ,makeup and hair ( unless this service is purchased with the photographer) themselves.
Once the photoshoot is done and images are given to the customer, it is not possible to return them and get a refund.
The photos are meant only for a personal usage ( not for business).
A photoshoot for business presentations may include extra fees.
The photographer is always a copyright holder.
Any entrance fees if aplicable are paid by the customer.
A deposit is to be paid within 24h, otherwise booking is not confirmed and a chosen date remains available for other customers.
The deposit is 40% of a total cost and is paid via bank transfer.
The deposit is not refundable and covers the shooting time, or make up service provided before the photoshoot, even if a customer decides not to continue with photoshoot for any reason or to buy images later on.
The deposit is not refundable if the customer cancels photoshoot less then 2 weeks an advance ( as this time allows the photographer to offer a cancelled photoshoot time to other customers.)
In case of customer's sudden illness, another day for photoshoot may be offered depending on availability.
If a customer decides not to attend the photoshoot for serious obstacles, the deposit is not refunded, but a gift woucher on the amount already paid can be offered to use during 3 months after the date.
The deposits paid for Christmas photoshoots are not refundable in any case of case of cancelation. (If acustomer tested Covid positive, the deposit still is not refunded, but a new date willbe offered in 2-3 weeks depending on availability)
The deposit paid for any promotional photoshoot, including special packages and offers, is not refundable in any case of cancellation.
The deposit paid for make up/hair service is not refundable, unless a customer gives 2 days notice.
The photographer remains the right to cancel a photoshoot on location due to bad weather conditions ( strong wind and rain) or due other severe conditions (strikes in public transport or other unrest /tumult in the city) and offer another date for the photoshoot.
The photographer remains the right to change a date/ time of the photoshoot giving 48 hours notice or offer the deposit refund due to sudden illness or other serious family issues.
If the customer books a studio photoshoot and asks later to perform the photoshoot on location, it is the photographer's right to decide whether it is possible to arrange. If it is not possible to arrange the deposit is not refundable. The photographer may offer a different date/ time to the customer depending on availability.
If the customer is late for more than 30 min, the photoshoot may be canceled with no deposit refund in busier times (like Christmas or weekends) . If the customer is late for more than 1 hour the photoshoot will be cancelled without deposit refund. The customer will be offered to book another day for the photoshoot and pay a new deposit. Allowable time of delay is up to 15 minutes. The customer is kindly asked to check the route, transport/ parking facilities and actual information about traffic in advance and allow some extra time for unpredictable situations.
The final payment is taken after the photoshoot via bank transfer. The payment for additional images is to be paid on the day of placing the order for additional images.
The images are ready within 3-4 weeks (Christmas photos are readyin10 days)/ The period of image processing may vary depending on situation and discussed with the customer in advance.
The photographer does not take responsibility for the quality of the photos if other people ( guests or other photographers) try to interfere or in case of poor lighting that the photographer can not influence.

If you are planning a photoshoot in the following London parks an additional charge apart from a photoshoot cost ( from £60.00 to £100.00, depending on a park), called photography license fee, will apply. Please see the list of Royal parks below:

St James's Park, The Green Park, Hyde Park, Kensington Gardens, The Regent's Park, Grosvenor Square, Victoria Tower Gardens, Primrose Hill, Brompton Cemetery, Greenwich Park, Richmond Park, Bushy Park.
